Regain Your Tool Bar In Internet Explorer

I assume you are in Internet Explorer. If so, click the "View" menu at the top, put your mouse on toolbars, another menu will pop up to the side and click the toolbar you want to appear. Standard Buttons is the toolbar I think you are referring to. It may be a little different for you for different versions of Internet Explorer, but it will always be under the view menu.
Now when you go back to the view/toolbar menu, you will see it has a check by it and that your buttons are back.
Most programs have the ability to show and hide components. These are almost always under the view menu. A common call we get about Outlook Express is that their E-mail has disappeared. On the view menu, you can tell OE only to show messages that have not been read, so all the other messages do not appear.
